If, after your first coaching session, you feel the program is not the right fit for you, you may request a 100% refund within 24 hours of completing that session – no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to all coaching programs, including:

  • Personalized Mindset Coaching
  • Women’s Career Coaching
  • Life Coaching for Working Professionals
  • Short-Term or Long-Term Coaching Plans

After the first session, all payments become non-refundable, as customized planning, preparation, tools, and dedicated time investment have already begun.

Flexibility After Enrollment :

While refunds are not available after the first session, you may:

  • Reschedule sessions
  • Pause your program for up to 30 days
  • Transfer remaining sessions to a family member or spouse
  • Our goal is to support you – not add pressure.
Terms & Conditions :

1. Nature of Services :

  • TRY Coaching provides mindset coaching, life coaching, and career coaching services. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or a medical service. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

2. Payment Terms :

  • All coaching programs must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment plan before sessions begin. Late payments may affect scheduling.

3. Refund Policy :

  • Refunds are only applicable under the First-Session Satisfaction Guarantee (100% refund if requested within 24 hours after Session 1). Beyond this, all fees are non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations :

  • Clients must reschedule sessions at least 12 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice may be marked completed.

5. Commitment & Participation :

  • Coaching requires active participation. Results depend on the client’s consistency, honesty, willingness to take action, and follow-through.

6. Confidentiality :

  • All shared information is kept private and confidential unless required by law or if safety concerns arise.

7. Communication Between Sessions :

  • Light WhatsApp support is available for guidance or clarifications (not for full sessions).

8. Program Pause Policy :

  • Clients may pause their coaching program for up to 30 days. Extensions beyond this may require a new enrollment.

9. Intellectual Property :

  • All worksheets, frameworks (including The TRY Method™), exercises, and resources are proprietary and cannot be shared publicly, copied, or resold.

10. Liability Disclaimer :

  • Coaching is a collaborative process. TRY Coaching is not liable for outcomes dependent on the client’s participation, decisions, or external circumstances.
